We’ve reached out and are trying to get in touch. We will continue to follow up with the consumer through multiple attempts by phone, text, and email until we make contact or determine next steps.

The consumer has booked an appointment to speak with one of our counselors.

A meeting was scheduled, but the consumer did not attend. We’ll try to reconnect and reschedule.

 

Follow-Up

We’ve made several attempts to reach the consumer. They had scheduled an appointment but didn’t attend. We’re continuing to follow up through phone, text, and email to reconnect and reschedule.

 

Evaluation Completed

The consumer has received and completed their free credit evaluation. At this stage, they have not yet enrolled in the coaching program, but we’ve provided them with their personalized recommendations and next steps.

They are now officially working with our counselors and actively participating in our program.
